*In-person sessions are 1 hour and billed bi-weekly. Four Star Fitness membership is required and purchased separately. Online coaching plans are billed monthly.

Training Policies

Cancellation & Rescheduling

Sessions must be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will be forfeited (exceptions made for emergencies).

Session Expiration

Purchased sessions expire 60 days after purchase. This policy encourages consistency and ensures you stay on track toward your goals.

Gym Membership Requirement

An active Four Star Fitness gym membership is required for all in-person training. If your membership lapses, training sessions may be paused or forfeited until membership is reinstated.

Cancellation Notice (Month-to-Month Plans)

Month-to-month plans require 30 days' cancellation notice. You'll be responsible for 2 additional biweekly invoices after submitting your cancellation notice.

All in-person training takes place at Four Star Fitness locations in Oklahoma City. You'll have access to premium equipment in a supportive, results-driven environment.
